Ready to lead and innovate within the dynamic scope of the European insurtech market? We are seeking a visionary Claims Handling and Innovation Lead to manage our operations across the entire group. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence and new tech solutions, compliance, and team leadership in the insurtech sector.
Get ready to: Lead efforts to continuously improve claims handling processes at a Group level , including the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-country projects.
Monitor and analyze data from digital channels to identify areas for improvement in the claims handling process.
Regularly review and update the digital claims process to incorporate user feedback and technological advancements.
Leverage new technologies and innovative solutions to ensure claims handling efficiency and user experience.
Develop and implement a strategy for incorporating AI and machine learning into digital claims processing.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital claims handling.
Research and apply user experience practices in claims handling.
Ensure that the digital claims process is user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with the digital product team to enhance the functionality and user experience of the claims process in our mobile app.
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and implementing new ideas and approaches to improve claims handling.
About you: You are proficient in claims management software, process automation tools, and data analysis techniques.
You possess strong leadership and project management skills.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You're a strong and creative person, who is not afraid to think outside the box.
To fit in here you’ll need: Higher education in Business Administration, Insurance, Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in insurance claims management.
Experience leading tech-driven cross-functional projects.
Preferably, experience in mobile app projects.
Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
Good knowledge of English.
