Job Title: Change Management and Business Innovation Case Team Leader

Job Summary:

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management and Business Innovation Case Team Leader to join its Change Management and Business Innovation Unit (BIU). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business innovation projects, prioritizing innovation and change management initiatives, and supporting other activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business innovation projects, including problem assessment, data analysis, operational model design, change plan, and implementation monitoring.
  • Prioritize innovation and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Support other activities, including knowledge management reviews, best practices sharing, and supervising junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, economics, or engineering.
  • 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity, with a preference for international organization experience.
  • Proven ability to develop new strategies and innovative projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in optimization processes and data analysis.
  • Collaborative spirit, with ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders and cultures.
  • Time management skills, with ability to plan ahead and work under tight deadlines.

Language: English (high proficiency in written and spoken). Knowledge of a second UN language is a plus.
