Per il potenziamento dell'area Business Go To Market - Financial Services stiamo cercando Manager che ambiscono ad avere un ruolo attivo nella trasformazione data driven del mercato bancario/assicurativo, che abbiano la volontà di agire con crescenti livelli di autonomia e autorevolezza all’interno di team multidisciplinari, e che siano desiderosi di influenzare positivamente i clienti nel loro percorso di trasformazione.

Le risorse saranno coinvolte nello sviluppo di progetti di consulenza con reale impatto sul business dei clienti all'interno di un team di lavoro ibrido e multidisciplinare.

La persona individuata si occuperà di:

  • Assicurare lo sviluppo commerciale di JAKALA su Clienti e Prospect di riferimento nel portfolio assegnato, sulla base di obiettivi economici stabiliti
  • Sviluppare relazioni continuative e di lungo periodo con i clienti ed orientate alla comprensione della client satisfaction ed alla identificazione di opportunità future
  • Essere un autorevole punto di riferimento del cliente, accompagnandolo lungo le diverse fasi e i diversi processi in seno alla collaborazione, assicurando la costante comprensione degli output forniti
  • Partecipare alla definizione, rappresentazione e monitoraggio di Account Plan comprensivi di tutte le linee di offerta JAKALA
  • Gestire il processo di costruzione, avanzamento e monitoraggio della pipeline commerciale ed il processo di forecasting periodico sul portfolio assegnato
  • Preparare quotazioni ed offerte garantendo il rispetto delle guideline qualitative e quantitative aziendali e l’aderenza alla approval matrix interna
  • Identificare le necessità di staffing per i progetti in corso e futuri e contribuire al processo di resource planning aziendale
  • Contribuire ad assicurare la corretta esecuzione dei progetti realizzati nell’ambito dei clienti assegnati in termini di rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità dell’output
  • Assicurare la definizione ed il rispetto dei processi di rendicontazione e fatturazione dei progetti verso i clienti assegnati
  • Stabilire un clima di reciproca e positiva collaborazione con il cliente e con i membri del team di lavoro, ponendo le basi per la buona riuscita dei progetti in corso e per future collaborazioni

Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • 5 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente con responsabilità di vendita di soluzioni e/o progetti in ambito Sales/Marketing/CRM/Customer Engagement
  • Spiccato acumen commerciale e capacità di diventare un trusted advisor verso clienti e stakeholder interni
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali player e delle dinamiche di mercato del settore Financial Services
  • Padronanza delle principali tematiche in area Customer Experience Management, Loyalty, CRM, Campaign Automation, Lead management, Network development
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
  • Rappresenterà elemento preferenziale la conoscenza delle principali soluzioni tecnologiche relative all’ambito MarTech (in particolare Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Sas, Google, Qlik, Esri)
