What You’ll Do In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will: Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools—resolving issues involving software, hardware, networking, reporting, databases, and custom inquiries. Own and manage incident tickets , ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution while meeting team KPIs & SLAs. Grow and share product knowledge , contributing to an aligned and up-to-date knowledge base. Conduct on-site service activities , including breakdowns, installations, deliveries, and customer implementations with professionalism. Collaborate with sales and customers to define system requirements and propose practical solutions. Support departmental admin tasks , such as spares management and hardware returns/diagnostics. Participate in on-call support rotations and carry out additional duties as requested by management. This position involves occasional travel—approximately 30% of the time , up to 5 consecutive days (no weekends). What You Bring Associate degree or equivalent industry experience 0–3 years in a technical support or IT environment working with software and hardware Strong passion for technology and a hands-on approach Logical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Clear, effective communication (written & verbal) Intermediate knowledge of PCs, networking, Windows, SQL, IIS, servers, and MS Office Basic understanding of electronics/hardware Familiarity with common technical support practices Fluency in English (required) Additional fluency in French or Spanish (a plus) Full driving license & willingness to travel What We Are Looking For We’re looking for someone who demonstrates: Customer Focus Adaptability & Flexibility Initiative & Ownership Strong Interpersonal Skills Teamwork & Collaboration Goal Orientation and Results Focus Commitment to Self-Development Location Milan, Italy — with travel across the region. Cosa Farai In questo ruolo dinamico e orientato al cliente, ti occuperai di: Fornire supporto tecnico di 1° e 2° livello via telefono, e-mail e strumenti di supporto remoto—risolvendo problemi relativi a software, hardware, networking, reporting, database e richieste personalizzate. Gestire in autonomia i ticket, assicurando una corretta registrazione e una risoluzione tempestiva nel rispetto dei KPI e SLA del team. Ampliare e condividere le conoscenze sui prodotti, contribuendo a mantenere aggiornato e allineato il knowledge base interno. Svolgere attività di servizio in loco, tra cui interventi su guasti, installazioni e implementazioni presso il cliente, formarli con professionalità. Supportare il team commerciale in discussioni tecniche. Questa posizione prevede trasferte da 1 a massimo 5 giorni consecutivi presso i clienti (esclusi i weekend) per circa il 30% del tempo.
