Tech Support & Implementation Specialist

What You'll Do

In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools—resolving issues involving software, hardware, networking, reporting, databases, and custom inquiries.
  • Own and manage incident tickets, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution while meeting team KPIs & SLAs.
  • Grow and share product knowledge, contributing to an aligned and up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Conduct on-site service activities, including breakdowns, installations, deliveries, and customer implementations with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with sales and customers to define system requirements and propose practical solutions.
  • Support departmental admin tasks, such as spares management and hardware returns/diagnostics.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and carry out additional duties as requested by management.

This position involves occasional travel—approximately 30% of the time, up to 5 consecutive days (no weekends).

What You Bring

  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 0–3 years in a technical support or IT environment working with software and hardware
  • Strong passion for technology and a hands-on approach
  • Logical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Clear, effective communication (written & verbal)
  • Intermediate knowledge of PCs, networking, Windows, SQL, IIS, servers, and MS Office
  • Basic understanding of electronics/hardware
  • Familiarity with common technical support practices
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Additional fluency in French or Spanish (a plus)
  • Full driving license & willingness to travel
