Per la nostra filiale di Bolzano, stiamo selezionando una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di : Sales And Services Specialist Principali responsabilità Gestione del processo di ricerca e selezione del personale, dall'analisi del fabbisogno alla presentazione dei candidati; Redazione delle job description e pubblicazione degli annunci sui principali portali di recruiting; Conduzione dei colloqui di selezione e gestione dei contatti diretti con le aziende clienti; Inserimento presenze, caricamento ore a cartellino, chiusura paghe mensili; Predisposizione di contratti, proroghe, cessazioni e preventivi; Individuazione di nuovi potenziali clienti, gestione delle trattative e attività di consulenza aziendale; Requisiti Esperienza di 1–2 anni in un ruolo analogo all'interno di un'Agenzia per il Lavoro; Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti di recruiting e delle piattaforme di ricerca del personale; Autonomia operativa, spiccata proattività e orientamento al risultato; L'offerta è rivolta a candidati ambosessi nel rispetto del D.lgs 198 / 2006 e ss.mm.ii. e dei Decreti legislativi n. 215 e 216 del 2003 sulla parità di trattamento.
