Irreo is a start-up that designs, develops and assembles precision irrigation systems based on satellite observation, artificial intelligence and automation technologies . Our aim is to enable operators in the agricultural and ornamental sector to automate their irrigation system in an intelligent and efficient way to counteract the drought problems caused by ongoing climate change . Irreo is able to provide dynamic and optimal irrigation programming using different types of satellite data without the need to install any sensors in the field. Furthermore, through our innovative control system and thanks to our field control units, our customers can manage irrigation and fertigation directly from their smartphones. We are currently consolidating our presence in Italy and expanding our team, also thanks to the injection of capital by a venture capital fund. For that purpose, we are looking for an administration and accounting assistant to manage the activities in these areas with competence and professionalism. Working with the rest of the team, you will work in a young, fast-paced and dynamic environment, helping to accelerate Irreo's growth to become the leading precision irrigation platform in Italy and Europe . You will work autonomously , carrying out activities with minimal supervision and in accordance with the company mission. You will also be invited to share personal ideas, proposals and contributions. Responsibilities: you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and improving all activities related to the areas of administration and accounting, summarised below: management of all administrative, accounting and tax aspects; drawing up financial statement; supervision of civil-tax compliance; support to the CEO in the financial management of the Company with financial requirements and cash flow planning; support to the CEO in the preparation of Budgeting and Forecasting processes; management control with monthly closures and analysis of deviations; preparation of management reports to the CEO; optimisation of administrative processes and procedures; drafting and supervising both financial and management reporting; supervision of civil, tax and corporate compliance; interaction with other corporate functions in order to verify and control the impact of their activities from a financial point of view; research and collection of quotations for the purchase of material for the company; company purchasing management; use of Odoo ERP. Qualifications: Master's degree in economics and finance; previous experience will be considered a plus; aptitude for teamwork and confrontation, good analytical and synthesis skills; good knowledge of both written and spoken English; knowledge of ERP management systems, in particular Odoo, will be considered a plus; predisposition to logical thinking and planning of work activities; ability to work independently, in constant coordination with the rest of the team; remarkable dialectical and interpersonal skills.
