**Marketing & Finance Analyst/Planner**
La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Direttore Marketing, avrà il compito di comunicare quotidianamente con le linee di business al fine di monitorare la corretta esecuzione dei KPI, del budget e degli investimenti dell'area Marketing.
**Principali responsabilità:
- Supportare la direzione nella strutturazione e nella gestione del budget per il dipartimento Marketing e conseguente monitoraggio dello stesso;
- Monitorare i KPI al fine di individuare eventuali criticità;
- Supportare la corretta costruzione dei team di lavoro in base ai principi di priorità ed efficacia delle campagne stesse;
- Creare Report e Presentazioni ad hoc per i Manager;
- Organizzare e strutturare gli eventi aziendali inerenti alla dipartimento Marketing;
- Verificare organizzazione dello smart working, del piano ferie e del costo del personale del team marketing.
**Competenze richieste**:
- Laurea in Economia con preferenziale specializzazione in Economica Aziendale / Finanza / Management / Marketing;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi, svolti in realtà multinazionali o società di consulenza;
- Conoscenza dei principi economici aziendali, costo del lavoro, attività di budgeting e forecasting;
- Avanzata conoscenza di Excel;
- Ottime doti analitiche, organizzative e di lavoro di squadra;
- Ottime capacità comunicative;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
**Sede di lavoro**:Roma EUR, ibrido ufficio - smart working.
**Inquadramento**: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL da definire in sede di colloquio, Ticket Restaurant, Premio di Produzione.
