We are seeking a highly skilled Workload and Performance Analyst to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As a key member of our Operations Performance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and development of activities concerning workload, planning, and costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the OPS-I activities, providing detailed analysis and insights related to industrial performances.
- Support the management of workload, planning, and costs, optimizing resources to minimize global costs.
- Develop and maintain digitalization initiatives in workload and performance management to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Lines and CC's to facilitate teamwork and ensure effective communication.
- Monitor and report on workload status, highlighting under/overload and suggesting mitigation actions.
- Prepare documents related to workload and business reviews, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Management Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of planning build-up, analysis, and related SW tools.
- Experience with cost estimation, analysis, and related SW tools (SAP, Business Intelligence tools, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-discipline team environment with project pressures.
