**Vos missions**:
Vous serez localisé à Milan pour une durée de 18 mois et votre objectif sera de supporter et développer le département Marketing et Communication de Renault Trucks en Italie sur les activités commerciales de Véhicules neufs, d'occasion et d'après-vente. Pour ce faire, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Mise en place et suivi d'une Section Business Intelligence : reporting et analyse mensuelle de l'activité commerciale (marché, parts de marché, analyse des segments, données sur le marché du transport et sur l'environnement concurrentiel)
- Mise en place de cartes d'identité pour les clients grands comptes et stratégiques
- Développement du marketing opérationnel sur la gamme véhicules utilitaire (digitalisation des offres, management des leads..)
- Management et déploiement des méthodes commerciales et du CRM dans la filiale et dans le réseau
- Mise en place et gestion de la communication de la marque sur les réseaux sociaux selon le plan marketing
- Gestion des partenariats marketing locaux

**Vous**:

- Diplômé/e d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, vous disposez si possible d'une première expérience (stage ou poste) dans l'animation commerciale.
- Autonome, vous vous adaptez rapidement à des univers différents.
- Vous êtes curieux/se et persévérant/e et avez une capacité de communication auprès de tous types d'interlocuteurs.
- Vous avez des idées, aimez faire des propositions et savez comment les mettre en avant.
- Vous disposez d'un esprit critique d'analyse avéré.
- Vous aimez le commerce et **avez des expériences dans le marketing B to B**:

- Vous avez des idées, aimez faire des propositions et savez comment les mettre en avant.
- Vous maitrisez les outils digitaux et **une connaissance de Power BI est un avantage.**:

- ** Vous êtes à l'aise en Italien** et anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
