**Risk Manager**

**Mission**:
La funzione, a diretto riporto dell'Head of Risk Management, Compliance a AML, sarà garante di individuare e analizzare i potenziali rischi in cui può incorrere la società e che possono comprometterne il raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici e operativi. Di concerto con il Responsabile gerarchico offrirà quindi un contributo nelle iniziative di prevenzione e/o mitigazione dei rischi stessi.

**Responsabilità e Attività**:

- Definire le strategie di governo dei rischi della società e le relative metodologie di identificazione
- Presidiare il funzionamento del sistema di gestione del rischio dell'Istituto e verificane il rispetto
- Verificare l'adeguatezza e l'efficacia delle misure adottate per rimediare alle carenze riscontrate nel sistema di gestione del rischio;
- Porre in essere strumenti per individuare, misurare, gestire e monitorare l'esposizione ai rischi singolarmente individuati e al livello complessivo di rischio
- Predisporre e aggiornare le politiche di governo del rischio
- Gestire il processo di identificazione, misurazione e monitoraggio con riferimento a tutte le tipologie di rischio (rischi operativi, rischio IT, rischi di credito, rischio di liquidità, rischi reputazionali)
- Svolgere operational risk self-assessment e predisporre la reportistica periodica sui rischi operativi
- Valutare l'adeguatezza patrimoniale della Società rispetto ai rischi individuati dalla normativa di vigilanza della Banca d'Italia;
- Valutare il rischio legato all'introduzione di nuovi progetti, prodotti, servizi o derivante dall'ingresso in segmenti nuovi operativi e di mercato
- Gestire i Key risk and control indicators;
- Verificare la struttura organizzativa e procedurale e fornire proposte di modifica volte ad assicurare presidi adeguati dei rischi di non conformità
- Definire indicatori per il monitoraggio delle controparti per l'individuazione di anomalie e garantire il rispetto dei contratti sottoscritti, ai fini del rispetto degli obblighi di trasparenza e compliance

**Formazione**:

- Laurea in discipline economiche, statistiche o altri indirizzi quantitativi
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata

**Esperienze professionali**:_ _

Circa 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Risk Management consolidata in contesti aziendali quali Istituti di pagamento, istituti finanziari e/o bancari.

**Requisiti**:

- Forti capacità di analisi, decisionali e organizzative con attitudine proattiva al problem solving
- Ottime capacità negoziali e relazionali
