- Assumere e formare il personale addetto al controllo qualità. Supervisionare il flusso di lavoro quotidiano e gli orari del dipartimento. Condurre valutazioni delle prestazioni tempestive e costruttive. Sviluppare, implementare e gestire i processi per garantire che i prodotti soddisfino le specifiche richieste per qualità, funzionalità e affidabilità prima della consegna. Identificare e fissare gli standard e i parametri di qualità appropriati per i prodotti. Comunicare standard e parametri di qualità al team di controllo qualità, al team di sviluppo prodotto e ad altro personale appropriato. Coordinare i processi di test dei prodotti e partecipare al test del prodotto. Identificare e analizzare problemi, bug, difetti e altri problemi, in particolare quando i problemi si ripresentano in piùprodotti; raccomanda e facilita soluzioni a questi problemi. Esaminare il feedback di clienti, clienti e utenti e mantenere la conformità con le leggi, i regolamenti, le linee guida e le politiche federali, statali, locali e organizzative.Si richiede:
- Laurea in Ingegneria o settore relativo ai prodotti in fase di sviluppo richiesto (settore automotive);
- 3-5 anni di esperienza nel settore automotive o metalmeccanico;
- Certificazione inglese livello B2;
- Ottima conoscenza delle norme ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 Automotive
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office Suite o software correlato. Mobilità per viaggi di lavoro per visitare i clienti in Europa e fuori dall'EuropaCompletano il profilo ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta, capacità relazionali e di servizio al cliente, ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli, eccellenti capacità di gestione del tempo con una comprovata capacità di rispettare le scadenze, forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving e leadership.Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato con livello commisurato ad esperienze pregresse, con orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 17.30 con pausa e flessibilità a periodi di reperibilità.
