Previsto inserimento in azienda.

COSA IMPARERAI

La Risorsa si occuperà, in affiancamento del Tutor, della pianificazione degli eventi e dei congressi dal punto di vista progettuale, economico e tecnico. In particolare, si occuperà:

- Di progettazione e preventivazione (gestione economico-contabile)
- Della gestione economico-contabile e finanziaria (budgeting di ogni evento, bilanci consuntivi)
- Della gestione esecutiva (segreteria organizzativa e scientifica, contatto fornitori e altri reparti)
- Dell'interfaccia diretta col cliente
- Dello svolgimento dell'evento on-site e/o digitale

REQUISITI

Il profilo interessato dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea triennale preferibilmente in Marketing/Comunicazione/Organizzazione di eventi
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)
- Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative
- Disponibilità brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale

Si offre stage della durata di sei mesi

Previsto rimborso spese di 800€/mese

ORARI:
Dal lunedì al venerdì 09:00 - 18:00

con disponibilità nel muoversi per trasferte anche nel weekend
