Profilo ideale
Diploma di scuola secondaria di 2° grado o laurea triennale ad indirizzo economico, con ottimo curriculum studiorum;
Esperienza in ruoli analoghi maturata presso software house (segmento software doganali) e/o provenienti da spedizionieri doganali, strutturati e modernamente organizzati;
Forte propensione ed abitudine allo studio e all'approfondimento; capacità analitiche, rigore;
Dimestichezza con dispositivi digitali per assistenza da remoto;
Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo ed in autonomia;
Empatia, capacità di stabilire relazioni efficaci, durature, costruttive;
Forte propensione al lavoro per obiettivi ed in tempi ridotti curando ciascuna fase: dalla analisi delle procedure, agli stati d'avanzamento, alle relazioni sulle problematiche e ai suggerimenti per la risoluzione;
Flessibilità, dinamicità, motivazione, determinazione, forte spirito di iniziativa;
Ottimo uso PC, pacchetto Windows: Word, Excel, Posta Elettronica;

Mansioni da svolgere
Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di svolgere in autonomia e/o dopo iniziale periodo di affiancamento le seguenti attività:
Consulenza e assistenza tecnica ai clienti sull'utilizzo del software implementato;
Supporto a distanza ed on-site presso il cliente per interventi di assistenza garantendo un ottimale standard qualitativo di servizio;
Ascolto del cliente per l'individuazione della migliore soluzione nel minore tempo possibile;
Risoluzione delle problematiche ed esigenze riportate dagli utenti;
Analisi delle innovazioni e delle modifiche normative, regolamentari in materia contabile;
Altri adempimenti legati alla mansione.
