A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As the Area Sales Manager Central & South Italy at Atotech Italy, you will partner with the Sales team to manage the General Metal Finishing sector in order to maintain and grow the assigned customers.

You will report to the Business Manager GMF.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Guiding the General Metal Finishing field of Atotech, Italy
  • Developing good relationships with customers of the assigned area
  • Proposing development plans to the GMF Business Manager and guide their implementation throughout the assigned territory
  • Developing relevant budget and determines its assignment to the Account Managers of the area / areas with incentive plans
  • Managing the customer budget in accordance with company directives
  • Reporting activity: prepare information on the evolution of the market and assigned customers

Skills You Bring:
(Required Skills)


  • Chemistry background
  • 3 + years of electroplating experience
  • Good listener
  • Languages: Italian and English
  • Ability to see solutions instead of problems

Supervisory Scope:

  • Reporting Relationships: In this role you will manage and Account Manager.

Working Conditions:

  • In this role, travel is mandatory, make sure this is feasible for you.
