AFTER SALES MANAGER

per la divisione BAOLI in Italia.

What we offer:

A titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, si riportano le principali attività gestite dalla posizione.

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • La responsabilità riguarda il follow up dei concessionari Italia.
  • Svolgere il ruolo di primo intermediario nel rapporto tra Azienda e Concessionari per quanto attiene gli aspetti post vendita.
  • L'attività è basata sul supporto tecnico e sulla vendita degli Spare Parts.
  • Pianificazione strategia commerciale post vendita con il Dealer.
  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi quantitativi e qualitativi della zona di riferimento predisposti dall'Azienda.
  • Visitare periodicamente i concessionari della zona di competenza.
  • Promuovere prodotti/campagne commerciali lanciati dalla sede (ricambi, accessori, ecc).
  • Controllare lo stock ricambi dei concessionari.
  • Supporto al Dealer nel risolvere eventuali problematiche (tecniche, ricambi, garanzia) presenti in concessionaria.
  • Monitoraggio e gestione della Customer Satisfaction nella zona di riferimento.
  • Verifica delle operazioni di competenza del Dealer per la risoluzione "casi cliente".
  • Controllare i reclami di garanzia.
  • Collaborare con i tecnici della concessionaria per la stesura dei PQR (Product Quality Report).
  • Accertarsi che la concessionaria rispetti gli standard previsti dal Brand.
  • Compilare relazioni in seguito alle visite dei concessionari.
Tasks and Qualifications:

Requisiti professionali

  • È richiesta una buona esperienza nel ruolo di Service manager, la conoscenza dell'Inglese, competenze tecnico-commerciali.
  • Buona conoscenza del settore in generale e in particolare del territorio affidato.
  • Può anche essere una persona di alto potenziale da sviluppare progressivamente, verrà considerata anche un'estrazione da settori affini, purché abbia competenze tecniche, manageriali, commerciali adeguate.
  • Buona capacità di relazione e negoziazione con clienti e concessionari.
  • Capacità di gestire un Piano d'azione, dando anche supporto operativo. Verificarne/condividerne la realizzazione e le necessarie azioni correttive.
  • Capacità di individuare e relazionare alla sede centrale eventuali aree di rischio/criticità dei concessionari affidati.
  • Disponibilità a spostamenti su tutto il territorio nazionale.
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici in particolare di Excel, Power Point, Word e Internet.
  • Inquadramento e retribuzione: CCNL metalmeccanico- livello e retribuzione da definire in base al profilo e alle reali competenze
