Our mission is to deliver cost-effective forklift trucks, warehouse machinery, and spare components through a robust Sales & Service network, primarily serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In response to the expanding market, Baoli EMEA is enhancing its central After Sales and Technical Support division. Our objective is to offer unparalleled After Sales Services to our network partners. Consequently, we are seeking an After Sales Manager (f/m/d). In this role, you will oversee the central Baoli After Sales team and be directly accountable for After Sales and Product Support throughout the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the Service and After Sales operations of Baoli EMEA, which includes: Technical support (1st and 2nd level), warranty management, and field campaigns. You will also oversee product launches and gather quality feedback in collaboration with Product Management. Ensuring efficient and reliable pre-delivery inspections of trucks is essential, along with providing technical documentation and updates to our Sales & Service network. You will guide all After Sales-related processes and initiatives. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our EMEA dealer network and driving the commercial development of our After Sales business. You will lead a team of five direct reports. You will define and implement strategies aligned with the Baoli EMEA strategic vision and actively promote the professionalization of Service and After Sales. Your responsibilities will also encompass budget, activity, and personnel planning, as well as managing the service area using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing service operations across various countries, with an understanding of regional regulatory differences and the ability to adapt service operations and strategies accordingly. Strong background in After Sales and Service business models, products, and processes. Experience in collaborating with and developing a centralized dealer network. Solid technical knowledge related to forklifts and/or similar products. Experience in leading teams both in a disciplinary and functional capacity. An organized, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive mindset. A self-starting approach with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in English, suitable for an international and intercultural environment.
