In the capacity of Sales Director for Baoli EMEA, you will be instrumental in shaping our sales and service approach to boost order intake, elevate market presence, and meet established gross profit objectives within the EMEA region. Your role will encompass the development and management of a high-achieving sales team, ensuring alignment of strategies with sales goals, and reporting directly to the Managing Director of Baoli EMEA. This position also emphasizes the importance of driving service sales and supporting our sales personnel and dealers.

Please be advised: Fluency in English is essential, as our network partners span across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Baoli brand leader to co-develop Sales & Service Strategies aimed at timely order intake, market share expansion, and gross profit enhancement. Lead the Sales team by providing a clear Sales & Service strategy and ensuring effective execution. Establish a regular cadence of execution processes, including meetings, reviews, and key performance indicators with the sales team. Build and nurture a high-performing sales team across the EMEA region, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Optimize tools and processes to enhance sales operations efficiency. Initiate transformative changes and growth strategies to seize new market opportunities and boost sales performance. Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives and support activities for the salesforce and dealer network. Drive sales campaigns and manage lead generation efforts. Utilize sales analytics and planning to maximize performance outcomes. Set objectives for the sales organization, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Support the expansion of the Baoli distribution network through collaboration with central dealer development initiatives. Engage with key stakeholders: Dealer Development, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Service & Business Operations.

Desired Qualifications:

Extensive experience in the forklift or related sectors, showcasing a deep understanding of the market or in the Machinery B2B domain. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and occasionally internationally. A structured and analytical approach to work, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Intercultural competencies to effectively engage within the diverse EMEA landscape. A proactive and results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets.

Essential Qualifications:

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics; alternatively, Engineering with Business Management. Experience in leadership roles within sales and marketing, with a successful history of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Strong negotiation and communication abilities, capable of interacting at all organizational levels. Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics and distribution frameworks.
