About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team and drive business growth. As the Director of Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion in the EMEA region.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure the sales team is equipped to respond effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners across the EMEA region.
