About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced After Sales Manager to lead our central After Sales team and drive the growth of our service operations across EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service and after sales business, including technical support, warranty, and field campaigns. You will also work closely with our product management team to ensure efficient and reliable pre-delivery inspections of trucks and provide technical documentation and updates to our sales and service network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service and after sales business, including technical support, warranty, and field campaigns
- Work closely with product management to ensure efficient and reliable pre-delivery inspections of trucks
- Provide technical documentation and updates to our sales and service network
- Steer all after sales related processes and activities
- Foster relationships with our EMEA dealer network and commercially develop our after sales business
- Lead a team of 5 direct reports
- Define and implement measures in line with the Baoli EMEA strategic vision and drive the service and after sales professionalization
- Manage business operations, including budget, activity, and personnel planning, and use key figures (KPIs) to measure performance
Requirements:
- Experience in managing service operations across multiple countries, understanding regional variations in regulations, and adapting service operations and strategies accordingly
- Strong experience in after sales and service business models, products, and processes
- Experience in collaborating and developing a centralized dealer network
- Good technical knowledge regarding forklifts and/or similar products
- Experience in leading employees, disciplinary as well as functional
- Organized, solution-driven, pragmatic, and proactive mindset
- Active, self-starting approach with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, demonstrated in English in an international and intercultural environment
