Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Join Baoli EMEA, a member of the KION Group AG, as a Technical Support Representative. We are expanding our central product support team in Lainate, Italy, and seeking a skilled professional to provide best-in-class after-sales services to our network partners.

About the Role:

As a Technical Support Representative, you will actively support our international sales & service network in solving technical issues, increasing product support levels, and safeguarding serviceability and quality of our truck portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating product feedback
  • Defining solutions, following up, and safeguarding their implementation with our factory
  • Documenting and communicating quality improvements
  • Organizing, steering, and following up field actions in EMEA when required
  • Safeguarding compliance of technical standards in collaboration with our factory and network partners
  • Steering and optimizing pre-delivery inspections performed in our facility in Rolo, Italy
  • Representing after-sales interests in the development of new products
About You:

We are looking for a certified technician or engineering graduate with experience in customer service. You should have good analytical skills, be a team player with a hands-on mentality, and be organized, solution-driven, and proactive. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
