As a Sales Analytics and Planning Manager at Baoli EMEA, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing data-driven insights to inform production planning and supply chain operations. With a strong analytical mindset and expertise in sales forecasting and planning, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans align with market demands and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform production planning and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze sales data, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans align with market demands and product availability.
  • Develop and implement efficient transportation and warehousing planning strategies to support "build to stock" operations.
  • Utilize advanced data management and extraction techniques to generate meaningful reports, forecasts, and plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven capabilities in sales analytics, sales planning, and preferably in the forklift or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP is essential.
  • Strong data analysis and data management skills, including statistical analysis and data extraction.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make it understandable to diverse audiences.
