What We Provide:

KION Group, a prominent entity in the global supply chain solutions sector, is enhancing its After Sales and Technical Support division. Our mission is to deliver unparalleled After Sales Services to our partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

We are seeking an After Sales Manager (f/m/d) to oversee our After Sales team and ensure comprehensive support for our products throughout the EMEA region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the After Sales and Service operations, including technical support (1st and 2nd level), warranty claims, and field campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on product launches and quality feedback.
  • Ensure efficient pre-delivery inspections of equipment and provide necessary technical documentation to our network.
  • Oversee all processes and activities related to After Sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network while driving the commercial growth of our After Sales business.
  • Lead a team of five direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Define and implement strategic measures aligned with KION Group's vision to enhance service professionalism.
  • Manage budget, activity, and personnel planning, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for service area management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing service operations across various countries, with an understanding of regional regulatory differences.
  • Extensive background in After Sales and Service business models, products, and processes.
  • Experience in developing and collaborating with a centralized dealer network.
  • Strong technical knowledge of forklifts and related products.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in both disciplinary and functional capacities.
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, fluent in English, suitable for an international and multicultural environment.

Work Environment: Headquarters in Lainate (MI).
