About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team and drive business growth. As the Director of Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion in the EMEA region.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
