Main ResponsibilitiesParticipate actively in the definition, development and implementation of the commercial strategy.
Identify opportunities to attract new sponsorships through broad and deep market analysis.
Capture sponsorships, by contacting proactively potential partners that complement existing alliances.
Negotiate sponsorship contracts and commercial alliances, in accordance with KOSMOS' commercial strategy, that maximize profitability and strengthen brand positioning.
Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, to offer a high-quality service and generate mutual loyalty.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the implementation of sponsorship contracts at events.

Analyse the performance of commercial activities by using key metricsLead, manage and develop a team of talented managers and specialistsRequirements10-15 years of experience in capturing and managing commercial agreements.

Experience in the sports sponsorships industry.
Proven track record in managing teams.

A pragmatic approach, autonomous as well as collaborative, can play both at a strategic level and roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution details.

You are a strong negotiator, that gets the best out of commercial alliances, with a win-win mindset.
