Junior Customer Quality Engineer
Responsabilità
Responsabilità
Contribuire a garantire un alto livello di soddisfazione del cliente tramite la tempestiva presa in carico di reclami ed eventuali contestazioni qualitative.
La risorsa dovrà attivare efficacemente le fasi di analisi dei problemi e di individuazione delle cause, le azioni di contenimento e l'implementazione di soluzioni migliorative, assicurando una adeguata comunicazione interna con i reparti produttivi e di servizio e svolgendo un ruolo di interfaccia col cliente qualificato e competente.
Competenze
Requisiti
- Laurea técnica o Diploma tecnico; Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi in ruoli legati al mondo qualità;
- Preferibilmente provenienza dal settore automotive
- Lingua Inglese fluente
Competenze specialistiche
- Lettura e interpretazione disegno tecnico
- Strumenti di misura
