**Responsabilità**:

- Definisce e quantifica il mercato potenziale, la sua segmentazione, la concorrenza e la valutazione di nuove opportunità e quote di mercato attese;
- Pianifica e coordina la realizzazione di iniziative di sviluppo del mercato (nuovi mercati/prodotti/applicazioni) supportate da analisi di fattibilità e sviluppo di business plan, compresa la quantificazione degli eventuali investimenti necessari;
- Con il Managing Director, definisce le strategie, gli obiettivi di fatturato e di marginalità, proponendo programmi e iniziative commerciali;
- Definisce il budget commerciale annuale e le aspettative del piano pluriennale, assicurando le azioni e gli strumenti necessari al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità;
- Definisce e stabilisce obiettivi di vendita per le Regioni e per i collaboratori, e assicura che siano in atto solidi piani e strumenti regionali annuali, regolarmente rivisti per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Valuta il rischio d'impresa e gestisce le condizioni commerciali, verifica l'efficacia nel raggiungimento dei risultati di vendita e nel controllo dei costi;
- Raccoglie le esigenze del mercato per garantire priorità di innovazione per lo sviluppo tecnico e operativo di nuovi prodotti;
- Supervisiona, coordina e valuta le attività del team di vendita e della rete di agenti.

**Qualifiche**:

- Laurea in ambito economico o tecnico-commerciale;
- 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nella lavorazione e/o confezionamento di alimenti o bevande;
- Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione scritta e orale;
- Comprovata capacità di guidare il processo di vendita nella sua interezza e complessità;
- Eccellenti capacità di ascolto, negoziazione e presentazione;
- Comprovata capacità di articolare gli aspetti distinti di servizi e prodotti e ottima comprensione delle strategie di prezzo;
- Forte orientamento al cliente e predisposizione alla strategia per lo sviluppo di soluzioni differenziate e fattibili;
- Comprende le strategie di posizionamento del prodotto ed i fattori ad alto valore aggiunto che ci differenziano rispetto alla concorrenza;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese con lingue aggiuntive considerate un vantaggio.
