Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire stabilmente nell'area Purchasing and Procurement, la quale ricoprirà il ruolo di Purchasing Specialist prodotto finito, riporterà al Purchasing and Procurement Manager e sarà supportata da una figura junior Intern.
Si occuperà primariamente del lancio e gestione a back office dei Purchase Orders di prodotto finito per tutte le linee di produzione VW prototipi, campionari, produzione core & special.
In particolare, sulla base delle vendite, lavorerà alle attività di acquisto per la produzione, attraverso:
Invio dei Purchase Orders di prodotti finiti ai fornitori RTW, accessories, shoes, bags e follow Confidenziale su avanzamenti insieme al Planning
Supporto al monitoraggio delle condizioni di acquisto con fornitori / confezionisti
Caricamento listini di acquisto e gestione operativa dei PO asistema
Controllo delle fatture per i PO di competenza
Raccolta e gestione a sistema dei form fornitori e contratti
In secondaria, dovrà inoltre supportare l'area commerciale VW nella raccolta a sistema degli ordini, attraverso:
l'abilitazione dei sistemi ed il caricamento dei listini di vendita
la verifica del rispetto delle deadline di inserimento ordini
Profilo
Il profilo ricercato dovrà aver conseguito una laurea in discipline Economiche - studi equivalenti - Ingegneria gestionale ed aver maturato un'esperienza lavorativa pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2/3 anni.
Ricerchiamo una risorsa precisa, organizzata, autonoma, dotata di buone capacità analitiche e con interesse per le dinamiche di acquisto nel settore moda.
Data la necessità di interfacciarsi quotidianamente con fornitori e stakeholder interni sono altresì richieste ottime doti relazionali, spirito collaborativo e conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese requisito essenziale.
L?utilizzo pregresso del gestionale SAP attualmente in fase di implementazione in Confidenziale rappresenta un importante plus.
