Per il team** Labour Law **sulla sede di Milano, si ricerca un professionista che all'interno del team si occuperà di:
- Attività di due diligence in materia di diritto del lavoro;
- Consulenza quotidiana in materia di diritto del lavoro;
- Redazione di contratti di lavoro;
- Licenziamenti individuali e collettivi;

**Requisiti**:

For the** Labour Law** team in the **Milan **office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be in charge of:
- Labour law due diligence activities;
- Day-by-day labour law consultancy;
- Drafting of employment contracts;
- Individual and collective dismissals;
- Business transfers and transfers of business units;
- Corporate restructuring and reorganisation;
- Drafting of agency contracts;
- Drafting of administration and consultancy contracts;
- Management of conciliation agreements in trade unions;
- Implementation of incentive and stock option plans;
- Implementation of corporate welfare plans; Employment law litigation.
**Requirements**:
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in Labour Law, preferably in leading national or international firms;
- Master's degree in Law with a grade higher than 100/110;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
- Flexibility and dynamism.
