Nel ruolo di Technical Leader sarai responsabile della gestione dei progetti in area Core Solutions, garantendo la definizione delle soluzioni tecnologiche e il rispetto della pianificazione, coordinando il lavoro di team cross funzionali, sia interni che esterni all'azienda.
Principali attività:
Supervisionare le attività dei fornitori esterni sulla qualità e leggibillità del codice; Supervisionare la roadmap di prodotto; Proporre aggiornamenti rispetto agli strumenti utilizzati per lo sviluppo, collaborando e coordinandoti con i team interni e/o esterni per garantire un allineamento continuo nell'utilizzo e nell'implementazione dei sistemi; Collaborare positivamente con diverse funzioni aziendali, tra cui Delivery Manager e Product Owner, per pianificare efficacemente il ciclo di vita del prodotto (attività e milestone); Aggiornare periodicamente il management, preparando gli status report di progetto; Individuare e indirizzare vincoli e issue che possano generare rischi sui piani di progetto.WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica/Informatica o affini; Esperienza di 5/10 anni nella gestione di progetti complessi con metodologia Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Esperienza nella creazione di codice eseguito in ambienti cloud utilizzando la modalità PaaS (Azure, AWS, GCP); Conoscenza dei framework Java moderni (Springboot); Conoscenza di Server-side Programming, PLSQL, Shell Scripting relativamente alla maintenance di sistemi legacy in dismissione; Conoscenza di architetettura Microservizi.OTHER DETAILS
