Role Overview

The advancement of artificial intelligence for the fulfillment of fixed network solutions catering to PA clientele.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience


• Coding Proficiency: Extensive expertise in PHP and Python programming languages.

• Data Management: Skilled in data handling, including structured data tools (SQL) and unstructured data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL).

• AI Expertise: Advanced knowledge in artificial intelligence, focusing on machine learning and generative AI. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, H20) and core methodologies (clustering, regression, time-series analysis).

• Frameworks and Libraries: Knowledgeable in significant frameworks and libraries relevant to PHP, Python, and AI.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development roles, ideally within AI-focused environments.

Required Technical / Professional Qualifications


• In-depth understanding of IP networking (CISCO certifications or similar qualifications are preferred).

• Familiarity with IT process enhancement (ITIL certification is advantageous).

• Knowledge of NP procedures in line with regulatory requirements (optional).


• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

• 3 years of experience in technology firms or software development companies.

Performance Metrics


• Adherence to PA activation schedules.

• Compliance with Service Level Agreements regarding customer activation and GNP for PA.

• Technical Net Promoter Score and quality delivery metrics for PA.
