**B.Zar Hotel&Co.** è un brand fondato da tre giovani imprenditori: Kaja Osinski, austriaca di nascita ma romana di adozione; Filippo Ribacchi, romano dedito al settore turistico; Alessia Melisi, esperta nella consulenza aziendale.

Il brand, nato nel 2014, racchiude attualmente una serie di strutture del settore HORECA, hotel e ristoranti collocati nel cuore di Roma. Nello specifico, attualmente si contano 11 hotel, 4 boutique hotel, 2 ristoranti e 2 rooftop-bar.
