Summary

Il Facility Administration Staff farà parte del Facilities team e supporterà nell'esecuzione di varie attività: gestione degli ordini in opex e capex, verifica dell'allineamento del budget, gestione degli strumenti ERP (SAP) e comunicazione con l'Amministrazione, organizzazione di contratti di manutenzione e servizi.

**Job Description**:
Principali responsabilità
- Inserimento dati in uno strumento ERP specifico (SAP)
- Gestione degli ordini in opex e capex
- Verifica dei costi per monitorare le spese del dipartimento
- Gestione dei contratti con fornitori esterni
- Assicurarsi che i documenti siano correttamente archiviati (in forma digitale/cartacea)
- Collaborare con altri dipartimenti interni (ad es. Finance)
- Fornire supporto nella creazione di presentazioni secondo necessità
- Agire in modo considerato nei confronti degli altri sia come colleghi che come esseri umani
- Comunicare efficacemente e interfacciarsi regolarmente con personale interno ed esterno a tutti i livelli
- Sfruttare al massimo le situazioni per coltivare rapporti solidi e basati sulla fiducia che si trasformano in partnership di successo
- Agire per rimuovere ostacoli e affrontare problemi prima che influenzino le prestazioni e i risultati.

Requisiti
- Diploma di scuola superiore; Preferibile esperienza lavorativa precedente nel ruolo e in contesti simili;
- Esperienza nell'uso degli strumenti ERP;
- Esperto nell'uso di Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Inglese fluente, parlato e scritto
