We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to support our team as the Head of Business Unit Assistant.

About the Role

This role will provide administrative support to the Head of Business Unit and the team, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing key activities, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Support events coordination, administration, and related tasks.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, providing insights to the Business Unit.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management.
Requirements
  • Belonging to Protected Categories (Categorie Protette Art 1 L 68/99)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar (nice to have)
  • Proven experience in sales support roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Ariba - DocuSign - Cora- efect - IVT
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
