**Marketing and Communications Expert.** La risorsa, rispondenedo a
_Responsabile Operations Initiatives and Marketing Communication_, si occuperà del supporto alla funzione di riferimento, dapprima sul territorio nazionale (a tendere è prevista esposizione a dinamiche WW)

**Attività**:

- Collaborare alla definizione della strategia di comunicazione dei progetti assegnati e alla stesura dei relativi piani di comunicazione;
- Collaborare all'implementazione del piano di comunicazione dei progetti assegnati, e alla realizzazione degli aspetti operativi di comunicazione dei progetti assegnati e ne monitora i risultati per garantire piena aderenza alle linee guida di comunicazione di Gruppo;
- Collaborare alla definizione dello storytelling sui singoli progetti per creare valore sul brand di Gruppo utilizzando la comunicazione dei progetti come leva di reputazione e di posizionamento per il brand;
- Collaborare alla produzione di tutti i contenuti previsti dal piano di comunicazione, interfacciandosi con risorse di territorio e fornitori terzi per seguire il processo di produzione sempre in aderenza con il piano di comunicazione di progetto e strategia di comunicazione di Gruppo;
- Rielaborare e riscrive informazioni e i dati relativi al progetto, collaborando alla preparazione di documenti di comunicazione per l'esterno (fact sheet, press kit, presentazioni power point, informatiche e cartacee, flyers e brochure, cartellonistica, schede, approfondimenti, master narrative di progetto );
- Collaborare alla gestione di eventuali situazioni di crisi originate da singoli progetti, attivando le misure necessarie per limitarne gli impatti reputazionali sul Gruppo, in collaborazione con le altre funzioni di comunicazione;
- Individuare e implementa sinergie nella produzione dei contenuti relativi ai piani di comunicazione dei progetti assegnati;
- Curare i rapporti con stakeholders interni ed esterni per raccolta e validazione dati chiave a supporto dei messaggi di comunicazione in linea con il piano approvato e con la strategia di gruppo di comunicazione;
- Collaborare alla redazione e alla gestione del budget relativo al piano di comunicazione dei progetti assegnati, assicurando copertura delle attività e aderenza alle procedure corporate e delle commesse;
- Monitorare i risultati raggiunti dalle attività di comunicazione sulla base degli obiettivi assegnati, garantendone i necessari correttivi laddove necessari;

**Requisiti**:

- **5/8 anni in ruoli simili per aziende di dimensione media o grande;**:

- **Laurea magistrale o diploma equivalente** in scienze della comunicazione, scienze politiche, giurisprudenza, economia e commercio, pubbliche relazioni;
- Esperienza nella gestione di piani di comunicazione articolati, in agenzie di comunicazione o in aziende di medie-grandi dimensioni;
- Cultura informatica di ottimo livello: conoscenza dei principali pacchetti informatici, Power point, Word ed Excel, Web e Social Media, programmi di Grafica (Canva, Photoshop, illustrator, indesign,.), Video Editing;
- Esperienza nella scrittura e nell'editing di testi;
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi ed elementi di project management;
- Esperienza nella gestione di eventi e nell'utilizzo delle logiche dei canali digitali;
- Italiano madrelingua; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altra lingua è considerato elemento preferenziale;
- Esperienza nella preparazione di documenti per la partecipazione a gare per progetti di comunicazione in ambito nazionale o internazionale sarà considerato elemento preferenziale;
