Our programmatic advertising platform, the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), is gaining popularity worldwide among major advertisers and agencies. Our Amazon DSP team in Milan is in search of a Programmatic Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will oversee the entire customer journey for enterprise customers, specifically programmatic trading desks. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer proficiency in utilizing our programmatic advertising DSP to achieve their business objectives. As a customer-facing position, you will collaborate closely with programmatic traders at agencies/advertisers, as well as internal teams at Amazon Ads.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Owning the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers and engaging with various levels of customer organizations to grasp their business goals
  • Providing onboarding services, trade desk support plans, feature training, product usage consultation, and industry best practices
  • Analyzing data to pinpoint improvement areas, root causes, and recommend strategies for adoption and enablement
  • Contributing to the evolution of Amazon DSP by engaging customers in product beta participation, gathering feedback, and collaborating with different Amazon teams
  • Defining and enhancing processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers

Day-to-day activities of a Programmatic Solutions Consultant may involve onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, guiding customers on beta features, offering business strategy consultations, overseeing campaign execution, providing optimization recommendations, and addressing any issues that arise.

Basic qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills for engaging with B2B customers

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in ecommerce or online advertising
  • Proficiency in omnichannel marketing, digital analytics, and vertical specialization within programmatic advertising
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational abilities for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
