Gestisce e coordina le attività di Stabilimento nelle seguenti aree:
Produzione, Manutenzione, Logistica e QualitàSupervisiona tutte le operazioni di produzione quotidiane dello stabilimento per garantire efficienti operazioni logistiche in entrata e in uscita, output di produzione e qualità del prodottoPartecipa alla stesura e all'analisi dei budget e delle previsioni per lo stabilimentoMonitora ed elabora miglioramenti relativi ai KPI dell'impianto (MOL/VA, Resa materiale, tasso di conformità,indice di produttività e 5S)Genera e implementa piani di miglioramento per ridurre i costi e migliorare le prestazioni dell'impianto agendo sulla gestione della manodopera, sull'efficienza energetica e sull'automazione dei processi, applicando pratiche WCMPromuove strategie aziendali di successo a lungo termineSegue e supervisiona l'applicazione delle norme di sicurezza secondo le politiche e le normative aziendaliRequisiti:
La figura di Plant and Production Manager (f/mx)_Componenti b2b (VE), avrà preferibilmente le seguenti caratteristiche:
Laurea in Ingegneria o equivalente
Esperienza mínima di 5 anni come Responsabile di Produzione o di Stabilimento in un'azienda di beni di largo consumo dov'è presente una produzione di alti volumi e in serie, meglio se realizzati attraverso lo stampaggio ad iniezione
Esperienza nell'implementazione della Lean Production
Ottime doti di coordinamento e leadership
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
