**Il vostro ruolo**
- Il tirocinante sarà costantemente affiancato dal tutor e da personale qualificato e intraprenderà un percorso formativo che gli permetterà di conoscere, dapprima in linea generale e poi nel dettaglio, l'attività dell'Ufficio di inserimento e la sua organizzazione in modo da poterne comprendere in modo approfondito il funzionamento.
- Verranno affidate attività quali:
- partecipazione alle attività di proposizione e manutenzione dei prodotti assicurativi distribuiti da UBS Italia nel rispetto delle leggi locali e delle policy di Gruppo
- supervisione dei servizi di intermediazione e interazione con partner assicurativi internazionali
- elaborazione e controllo delle statistiche di vendita
- partecipazione a progetti di evoluzione shelf prodotti e miglioramento processi.
