KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate and summarize sales performance to assist in the formulation of the business plan sales strategy in collaboration with the Demand Planner. Perform ongoing market and SWOT assessments for the designated product category, including analysis of competitor offerings, pricing structures, distribution methods, and promotional initiatives. Organize and oversee pricing strategy activities in partnership with the Marketing Manager, ensuring proper process and approval tracking, as well as execution of pricing strategies. Drive business growth by devising future product strategies and launching new products into the market. Collaborate closely with key clients, management, and the product planning team. Create educational content and resources for the assigned product range, facilitating both internal and external training sessions. Develop and manage the sales strategy (by product category and distribution approach), staying informed about market practices and trends. Stay updated on local legal regulations and funding opportunities to integrate into the product strategy. Oversee the product lifecycle and conduct regular lifecycle reporting. Generate technical documentation, certifications, and technical databases, adapting centrally provided materials for local markets. Assist the Marketing Communications team in producing public relations materials by supplying technical information and content. Support the execution of essential marketing initiatives (e.g., sell-out/sell-in campaigns, promotions, trade shows, representative meetings, catalogs, marketing materials, public relations, mockups, advertising).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A relevant University Degree (Economics or Engineering) with a strong focus on Marketing expertise. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in English. Effective use of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual methodologies. Understanding and application of effective project management principles. Ability to leverage technical data to conduct sound analyses that drive significant results and support management decisions. Awareness of the implications of legislation and regulations pertinent to the business. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented, innovative, motivated, and adaptable.
