**Posizione**:
**FRONT DESK AGENT per HOTEL 4 stelle ROMA**
La risorsa si occuperà:
- Controllo degli accessi, controllo dell'occupazione degli appartamenti
- Assistenza clienti; Attenzione e gestione dei complaint
- Vendita di prodotti e servizi extra
- Arrivo Partenza, check in e check out
- Gestione delle prenotazioni e iscrizione al PMS
- Raccolta delle prenotazioni; Fatturazione della prenotazione
- Controllo delle tariffe e della disponibilità
- Report giornaliero con le attività svolte e tutto quello che è successo durante il turno al Front Office Manager.
- Supporto al team di gestione globale. (risposta a GI mail, gestione prenotazioni GI, servizio telefonico GI guest).
**Requisiti**:
Inoltre possiede i seguenti requisiti:
Ottimo utilizzo di Office (Word, Excel e Powerpoint)
Gestione di Analytics, Channel Manager e PMS del settore.
Inglese ed italiano fluenti - la conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà un plus
problem solving; orientamento al cliente ed al servizio
- ottimo standing.
**Altre informazioni**:
L'orario di lavoro sarà Full Time - 5 giorni su 7 giorni.
Disponibilità due volte al mese e coprire la fascia notturna per il riposo del portiere di notte.
L'inserimento avverrà con contratto a tempo determinato.
