**TECHNICAL SERVICE AFTER-SALES**

per realtà leader nel settore HVAC sistemi di riscaldamento e climatizzazione

**Mansioni**
- Assistenza post-vendita su impianti di riscaldamento, climatizzazione e pompe di calore
- Supporto tecnico da remoto ai CAT ed installatori della rete dell'azienda
- Assistenza nella risoluzione di problematiche legate al post-vendita
- Gestione reclami, consulenza verifica resi
- Training, Relatore corsi di formazione per CAT

**Requisiti**
- Diploma di Perito Tecnico o Termotecnico
- Competenze tecniche e conoscenza del funzionamento di sistemi di riscaldamento e climatizzazione
- Esperienza maturata in centri di assistenza, rivenditori o aziende del settore HVAC
- Ottime doti relazionali, flessibilità, tempestività e autonomia operativa completano il profilo

**Caratteristiche dell'offerta**
- Contratto: tempo indeterminato diretto con l'Azienda Cliente
- Luogo di lavoro: Verona
