As a
Business Insights Analyst, you will:

  • Become a trusted advisor to clients: starting from the understanding of their objectives, turn data into actionable insights to help them succeed in the complex ecosystem of marketplaces.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and dashboards to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Improve your analytical skills to support datadriven decisions and supercharge your visualization and datapreparation skills.
  • Collaborate to our culture of continuous innovation, by exploring new data sources, new technologies, new analyses.
  • Ensure the correct functionality of internal processes and execute improvements when necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree; Economics, Business, or Engineering Degree would be a plus;
  • Fluent Italian and English (at least B2);
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with clientfacing responsibilities, or a willingness to take them on;
  • Experience in communicating insights from data to internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point;
  • Previous experience with Data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred;
  • Experience manipulating and interpreting data coming from large datasets;
  • Analytical and businessoriented mindset;
  • Ability to manage, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong problemsolving skills, rollup sleeves attitude and willingness to learn.
