About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics department at AUTO1 Global Services SE & Co. KG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, providing leadership with critical data insights, and enhancing project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and reporting systems to support business decision-making;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions;
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner;
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a high-pressure analytical role in consulting, strategic business development, e-commerce, or tech startup;
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL;
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and regression analysis;
  • A background in data visualization (Tableau and Looker Studio) and proficiency in Python or R are considered a plus;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
