About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at WKDA GmbH. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Advanced Data Models: Design and implement complex data models to support business decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Analyze business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Present Findings and Recommendations: Effectively communicate complex data insights to senior management, using clear and compelling visualizations and narratives.
  • Improve Data Processes and Methodologies: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data processes and methodologies, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements
  • High-Pressure Analytical Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-pressure analytical role in consulting, strategic business development, e-commerce, or tech startup.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, and statistical tools, with experience in data visualization using Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Programming Skills: Knowledge of Python or R programming languages, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to senior management.
