Siamo un panificio di Milano che fa cultura intorno al mondo del pane buono. Siamo un'impresa in crescita

e in costante innovazione e uno dei punti di riferimento in Italia per il settore: abbiamo 7 punti vendita e

un'azienda agricola con campi a Milano e in Abruzzo, dove produciamo i cereali per fare i nostri pani.

Partiamo dal pane per fare progetti innovativi e trasversali ad altri mondi: abbiamo una rivista culturale sul

innovativa di pane e impresa, siamo parte dei Breaders, una rete di panifici italiani con cui condividiamo

valori e con cui stiamo costruendo un nuovo modello di impresa fondato sulla intra-imprenditorialità.

Siamo tra i primi fondatori della rete dei PAU (Panificatori Agricoli Urbani), che racchiude più di 80 panifici

italiani che condividono lo stesso modo di fare e diventare panificatori moderni.

"Noi siamo Pane Terra" è la nostra missione: connettiamo e sosteniamo le persone che hanno cura della

terra (clienti, fornitori, collaboratori) attraverso un prodotto di valore, trasparente e artigianale.

CHI CERCHIAMO

Siamo in una fase di crescita e maggiore strutturazione interna e stiamo cercando una nuova figura da

inserire all'interno del team comunicazione, marketing & brand identity, con circa 1 anno di esperienza e

competenze in queste attività:

- Gestione dei social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin): capacità di redazione di un piano

editoriale, creazione ed editing di foto e video, copywriting e conoscenza dei principali KPI di

monitoraggio
- Capacità grafiche: propensione alla creatività per realizzazione tramite Canva di grafiche per

locandine e altro materiale di comunicazione
- Conoscenza discreta di attività di digital marketing e relativi strumenti (SEO, ADV, Google Ads,

Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
- Ufficio stampa: conoscenza anche base di redazione di comunicati stampa e relazione con i

giornalisti
- Supporto nella gestione e organizzazione di eventi (contatti con eventuali partner, pianificazione attività, campagna comunicazione, supporto operativo nella gestione dell'evento)
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office: Excel, Power Point, Word
- Discreta conoscenza di come effettuare analisi di mercato, benchmarking, supporto alle attività di

pricing

Soft skills ricercate:

- Spiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione del proprio lavoro
- Capacità di adattamento a un contesto dinamico, voglia di spaziare su attività e progetti trasversali

cross-funzioni (siamo un'azienda piccola dove tutti contribuiscono ai progetti a seconda delle

priorità)
