**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communication Director to join our team at Antal International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our luxury hotel's reputation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Group Marketing Director in defining the hotel's marketing strategy and positioning.
  • Develop and manage the hotel's marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Organize and coordinate photo and video shoots, as well as manage sponsorship requests and local partnerships.
  • Update and manage the hotel's website and social media platforms with new content, photos, and promotions.
  • Coordinate content development and editorial plans for the hotel's social channels.
  • Develop and implement strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns.
  • Manage local press relations, including publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, and sharing initiatives/press releases.
  • Create an in-house calendar of events to enhance marketing and communication opportunities.
  • Develop a communication plan and calendar of events for the hotel's F&B outlets.
  • Collaborate with the PR Director to develop a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents, and local press.
  • Support the Hotel General Manager in managing relationships with local institutions and organizations.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous work experience in hospitality is mandatory.
  • Proven working experience in marketing and communication (at least 3/4 years).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and strong team player.
  • Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Knowledge and passion for luxury and hospitality, as well as popular social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
