About the Role

Azienda Anonima, a leading company in the Fashion Luxury sector, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join its Marketing Communication department as Head of Marketing Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Define, develop, and implement the marketing and communication strategy to increase brand awareness in the global market.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Lead and manage the Marketing and Communication team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing activities.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute events aimed at promoting the brand and supporting the distribution and sale of products on the Wholesale channel.
  • Creative Content Management: Manage all creative content assets, including shots, ADV campaigns, look books, and e-commerce assets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the creative director, commercial sales teams, and operations key figures, as well as external stakeholders, including fashion councils and trade fairs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships and institutional relations to support the company's growth and development.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior marketing position for leading fashion/retail companies, with a minimum of 10 years of total experience in marketing-related work.
  • Background: A solid background in marketing and communication exclusively within the Fashion Luxury sector is required.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Management: Ability to coordinate and manage a team, with multitasking abilities and accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Language: Excellent knowledge of the English language.
