Job Overview:

The Director, Marketing - Italy, will lead our in-country marketing team and be accountable for planning, coordinating, and delivering all marketing programs, campaigns, and activities into and for the country. This role will drive results through both owning and influencing the direction of programs that land in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the country's business priorities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager and their leadership team to align the local marketing plan and programs with the country strategy.
  • Lead a team of local marketers to design and deliver programs that meet the unique needs of local customers, countries, sales priorities, languages, or clouds.
  • Deliver on marketing KPIs, including Marketing Driven Pipeline (MDP) and Marketing Matured ACV (MMA), and hold teams accountable for their performance and contribution to targets.
  • Effectively manage budget and resources to optimize impact for the business.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in a management/leadership role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced prioritization skills, linking the team's daily responsibilities to organizational needs.
  • Proven people leadership skills, developing and nurturing teams, talent, and skills to innovate and continuously learn and improve.
  • Highly driven with an execution focus, willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic, ambitious, self-directed, and resourceful.
