About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Grafton. As a key member of our Customer team, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts to drive product success in the cosmetics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost product and brand awareness and drive sales in the cosmetics sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across all marketing channels.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
