Il nostro cliente, in continua crescita ed espansione, opera nel settore della metalmeccanica (componentistica industriale) da oltre 50 anni

Principali Responsabilit

Data la sua funzione di coordinamento di tutta l'attivit che si svolge a con il cliente, il responsabile del customer service opera in sinergia con l'area commerciale e fornisce importanti input alla produzione.

Di ogni cliente dispone di tutte le informazioni relative allo stato dei contratti e raccoglie tutte le schede degli interventi tecnici.

In particolare:
coordina le attivit dei 6 addetti al Customer Service per la presentazione di offerte e ricevimento degli ordini;
ha una visione globale delle RDO ricevute per una corretta gestione delle risorse dell'ufficio;
determina le strategie comportamentali nei confronti dei clienti;
conosce i prodotti ed il mercato per la determinazione delle strategie di offerte;
prepara ed aggiorna i listini prezzi in cooperazione con Uff. Acquisti / Produzione;
gestisce le banche dati clienti;
supervisiona la corrispondenza commerciale:
Listini, Circolari e comunicazioni generali ai clienti;
supporta il customer service in caso di reclami e di eventuali contenziosi con i clienti;
monitora i criteri di analisi esistenti nel sistema qualit relativi alle vendite e propone nuovi criteri di valutazione;
redige statistiche sulle venditee formula proposte per il turn over dei prodotti disponibili in giacenza, propone nuove linee di prodotti, ed innovazioni di sistemi;
collaborare con la direzione commerciale, i venditori, gli agenti, Uff. Acquisti, per assicurare un servizio di qualit.

Laurea in Economia/Marketing/Ingegneria o similari

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Ottima conoscenza Software office (Excel)

Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di risorse

Esperienza pregressa nel Customer Service

Provenienza dal settore metalmeccanico

Si offre:
contratto diretto con l' cliente a Tempo Indeterminato. RAL e Inquadramento da definire in base al profilo.
